Quality and security
How our work fits inside a US firm's quality management and confidentiality framework.
Inside your quality framework
You stay responsible
We prepare the work as a supervised resource. Your firm reviews it, signs it and answers to the client, under your own quality management policies.
Review-ready workpapers
Schedules tie out, sources are referenced and files follow your templates, so reviewers spend their time on judgment.
Independence and conflicts
We check for conflicts before we accept an engagement, and we follow the independence requirements you specify.
Named ownership
Every engagement has a named lead. Review points are tracked, cleared and fed back into later work.
Confidentiality and data security
NDAs and contract terms
We sign an NDA and a services agreement before work begins, and we can work within your own contract terms.
Limited access
Only the people assigned to your engagement can reach your files, and access ends when the engagement does.
Your environment
Where you require it, we work inside your secure systems, so client files stay in your environment.
AI and your data
Client data goes only into approved, access-controlled tools. See how we use AI
Security overview
We provide a security overview for your vendor due diligence on request.
US tax confidentiality (IRC §7216)
US tax return preparers generally need a client's consent before sharing return information with a preparer located outside the United States. Your firm owns that consent process.
We support it, and we start tax work only after you confirm that consent is in place.
Your firm should confirm its consent wording, and any state requirements, with its own advisers.
Need our security overview?
Ask for it by email and we will send it for your vendor due diligence.
